Peter Island is a small island five miles south of Tortola so it only takes an hour or so to sail there from our base in Tortola. The island is mostly undeveloped so it is very green and mountainous with gorgeous beaches and plenty of moorings and anchorages in Great Harbour Bay, Deadmans Bay, and White Bay. Close by is the RMS Rhone Marine Park and the Rhone wreck which sank off the coast of the island during a hurricane in 1867. |
